UX Designer

Cyber-Duck is a full-service digital agency that works with global brands including the Bank of England, Mitsubishi Electric and Cancer Research. Our exceptional user-centered design, digital transformation, web application development and progressive brand strategy services have been recognised through multiple awards, ever since our journey began in 2005.

Our friendly and relaxed work environment brings all sorts of Ducks together from different cultures with one thing in common: our passion to deliver the best digital experiences to our clients.

We are looking for a UX Designer with bags of talent, experience and dedication to join our web and digital team. The successful candidate will genuinely care about getting the user experience right: from developing original and creative ideas, to delivering delightful designs, with a careful eye for detail and usability.

What will the role involve?

In this role, you will use your creative skills to deliver a wide range of creative work. We will challenge you to become an all-round problem solver: helping to design responsive websites and apps for our group of companies: this will involve improving the UX of our intranet, customer facing corporate sites as well as eCommerce engine, focusing on usability and conversions.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the research and design stage of projects and delivering solid, considered design work that exceeds our users’ expectations. Good communication skills will be essential: whether it’s championing the importance of good design; sharing your knowledge with those around you; or liaising with our developers. You will have the support of our award winning UX designers, and will work closely with them on a wide range of projects and challenges.
